Ethically produced by upcycling/repurposing vintage silk originally from a Japanese Obi belt (used to tie Kimono) which is woven with real gilt thread and dates from the Mid Showa Period (40 years +).
Comes with hand foiled tag which details it's edition number. We will send you our Hunted and Stuffed guide to symbols in Japanese textiles FREE with every order.

UK Shipping: Delivery aim: 2-3 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail/ Parcelforce.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and insurance value required.
Delivery aim: 5-10 working days (Europe), 7-14 working days (Rest of World).
Customs/Tariffs: USA customers: Tariffs are included in your shipping costs. Other international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
All cushions are carefully packaged and dispatched from our UK studio within 1-2 working days.
Care Instructions
Your vintage silk cushion is a precious heirloom piece that deserves gentle care:
• Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve colours
• Plump regularly to maintain shape
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
• Never machine wash or tumble dry
• Professional textile cleaning recommended only
These cushions are made from authentic vintage Japanese silk dating from the 1930s onwards.
Each piece is unique and may show gentle signs of age - this is part of their charm and authenticity.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns must be:
• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Sent via insured, tracked delivery (customer's responsibility)
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Form with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Important: Please ensure your return is sent with full insurance cover. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your return goes missing, you will need to claim compensation from your delivery partner.
