A vintage gold foldover clutch. This metallic folded clutch purse with geometric hexagon and flower design is made from vintage kimono silk.

HISTORY:
Hexagons are known as ‘lucky hexagons’ and represent the pattern on a tortoise shell. They symbolise good fortune and longevity.

This piece is an original vintage piece dating from the Late-Showa Period (1970’s). The exterior and interior condition is excellent for an item over 40 years old.
