Chrysanthemum (Kiku) is an auspicious symbol of regal beauty, rejuvenation and longevity. The tortoiseshell hexagonal pattern (Kikko) also represents longevity. We will send you our Hunted and Stuffed guide to symbols in Japanese textiles FREE with every order.
