These are extraordinary times. We would like to assure you that we are working hard to continue to serve our wonderful customers and bring joy to interiors that we are all spending so much more time in. We are committed to the safety of our partners and customers. Our UK Government is supporting the role of online retailers at this difficult time and we intend to continue serving for as long as it is safe for us to do so.
Is it safe to order online for delivery?
We have changed our delivery methods to ‘no-contact’ deliveries. It is very unlikely that the COVID-19 virus can be spread through packaged items. The World Health Organisation has stipulated the following:
‘The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.’
Will delivery times be longer?
Please allow a little longer than our usual delivery times to accommodate the possibility of delay. Our delivery partners remain in operation and we will be open as long as they remain so.
